Organically shaped dreadlock sleeve bead set.

Utilising repurposed copper wire and the alchemical process of electroforming, these beads have a satisfying weight and finish not usually seen in dreadlock beads.

ITEM DETAILS.
You will receive the items pictured.

Internal Hole Diameter - 6-7 mm
Length at Longest Point- a wholly satisfying 37 mm. The bead with the Gaia charm is 73mm in total.
Colour/Finish - Aged Natural Copper.
Material Content - Copper, Patina, Protective Wax.
Use - ideal for either natural or synthetic dreadlocks.
Additional Info - Vegan-friendly and infused with heckin' good love & peace, yo.

Often referred to as a living metal due to its capacity to naturally change its colour over time, Copper is one of the three oldest known metals, and occurs naturally in its workable form. Highly conductive, it is prized holistically for its perceived health-supporting benefits.
Please be aware that due to its evolving nature, the final patina and finish will change over time. Applied sealant will wear away with continued use and resealing is advised on a regular basis.

Having owned, created and maintained locs for a number of years, as time went on I found it increasingly difficult to find beads and jewellery which I wanted to wear myself. To plug a gap in the market of relatively flimsy mass produced dreadlock beads, I began to create my own. And kind of kept making them.
Inspired by naturally worn stones and the rich natural tones of aged copper this was the result.
