Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

The buyer is responsible for return postage in the case of returns and exchanges, because it has arrived too late or because they have changed their mind. (custom and personalised items can not be returned, or exchanged).

Refunds will only be given, or replacements sent out upon receipt of original item back in sellable condition within 14 days.

If the item has arrived damaged, or with faults, please get in touch with photographs of the problem, and packaging, and we will discuss a plan of action.
