JellyTotJewellery is a small family business based in Hampshire in the UK. We specialise in Silver Jewellery, for women and men, made with fine and sterling silver, gold and leather.
We are proud of our unique designs from our smaller items, ideal for a present to your friends and family (or yourself), through to complex statement pieces.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If there are any taxes or duties to pay, they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please consider this before making a purchase.
Shipping costs are based on Royal Mail fees for tracked and insured packages. Please note that we do not show discounted costs for shipping more than one item as rates change depending on the value of the goods. If you are buying more than one item, we will package them together and refund any difference from the costs quoted for sending separately. If you want to get a confirmed cost for bulk shipping prior to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If a package is returned due to a customers refusal to pay taxes or fees upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred. In this instance, we will refund the balance of the purchase price.

If you are ordering from within the European Union you have 14 days from receipt to return your item.
Items must be returned in the original packaging in an "as-sold" condition.
Earrings must be returned unworn (for reasons of hygiene).
The purchaser is responsible for all postage and packaging costs associated with returning an item.
Refunds will be made on receipt of the goods through Direct Check-Out or Paypal.
Please note that we cannot make a refund for items that get lost in the post; insurance and proof of purchase are therefore recommended.
