Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I want you to love your I Love Design purchase but if the goods are faulty, please return them in their original packaging within 7 days for a refund or replacement. (*excluding personalised items)
Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.
Goods damaged during delivery will be replaced without charge.
*Personalised Items: A refund or replacement will only be given if the item is faulty or if there has been a misspelling of required name/text.
