Handcrafted reclaimed tables. Beautiful, bespoke, unique.

I started out buying, painting then selling furniture, which I still do and I love. But I wanted to take it further, I wanted to create something from scratch that would last as long as the antique furniture I was selling but also I wanted to be able to say 'yes I can make it to that design', and 'yes I can copy that photo', and 'yes I can fit that table into that space'.

I wanted to use reclaimed materials which apart from the environmental aspect have an amazing texture and history. Many of the tables I make retain the scars and knots from their previous life, I don't try to hide that. The oak I use is taken from 100 year old reclaimed beams, often the knots are so big you can see through the table to the floor below. The scaffolds are heavily sanded and jet washed but show signs of knocks and cuts from their industrial past.

My workshop in my garden is where I make tables, paint furniture and sand, sand, sand! My two chickens, Coco and Jelly peck at the sawdust :)
