About this item
A gorgeous chunky bracelet full of warm autumn colours, with a lovely mix of textures, shapes and sizes. Handmade by me using a selection of both new and repurposed beads, including acrylic, shell and glass. I've mixed beautiful shades of amber, burnt orange, bronze, cream and chocolate brown to create something a little different, will fit up to a 7.5 wrist. The larger statement beads are mixed with smaller glass beads to give the bracelet plenty of character, and I particularly love how all the different colours and finishes work together. Some of the beads have been rescued from preloved jewellery and given a new lease of life, which means less waste and something a little more unique. I love making bracelets using preloved beads from old pieces of jewellery i have been given by friends or found in various charity shops,i take them apart get rid of any unusable parts, give them a good wash in washing up liquid and let them air dry, I have a box which I call my bead soup box where they then live until i need to use them.
