Donkey Puzzle No.6 A2 three-colour screen-print

A 3-colour screenprint entitled 'Donkey Puzzle No.6' printed in fluorescent orange, fluorescent pink and black. This is the sixth in a recent series, using the ideas of puzzles as a landscape for the donkeys to explore. This one has found a particularly bright and modernist puzzle to try and solve! I like to champion donkeys in a lot of my artwork. They are rarely celebrated in art, so I feel like it is maybe my job to do so! I also love puzzle ideas, halftones and modernist graphics, and really enjoy exploring these ideas within my compositions. Fluorescent orange, fluorescent pink and black inks on Antique White Seawhite 290gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of 19, signed, titled, stamped and numbered. The pink and orange colours are really bright and almost impossible to photograph accurately. The photographic images are as close as I could get, so you'll just have to trust me how bright they are! The print image measures H30xW48cm. The paper measures H42xW59.4cm Printed by myself in my home studio in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints. All prints will be posted securely in a card tube and sent by first-class post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
