Nature holds a special place in my heart. Taking strolls through the forest feels like a gentle form of healing. Trees aren't just plants; they give us oxygen, strength, and harmony. They reach their branches up to the sky, almost as if to say, "We're here for you." They are vibrant with life—birds build nests for safety and their chicks, and insects find cosy hiding spots. This painting is a reflection of my own connection with nature. Miss Tree is a Dreamer, with sweet freckles on her nose and wearing the ORIIN necklace just like me. A singing bird sits on her shoulder while she meditates, and another bird looks down at her from above. All feeling safe and at peace. You might notice the emoji in the top right corner symbolising happiness. Her red top with white dots resembles a whimsical toadstool, just like those growing in the forest. I also added real earrings shaped like books, because I cherish reading during my free time. You can feel the texture in the artwork—I've covered the entire canvas with packaging paper to add depth. My bond with trees began in childhood. I fondly remember walks with my parents and siblings, picking blueberries and mushrooms. They always made sure to pause, hug a tree, breathe in its essence, and feel the connection. Even now, I hug trees as a way to thank the forest for everything it offers us. I hope my children will carry this love forward. Creating this piece brought me immense joy, and I'm truly happy with how it turned out.
