Christmas Tree Earrings Fused Glass Handmade Decorative Sterling Silver hooks

The decorative Glass Christmas Trees for these earrings were handmade, by me, with love. Fused in my glass kiln to very high temperatures, 1500 degrees F and annealed for strength. For the base layer of each earring I cut a tree shape from either light green or a darker green Bullseye glass. I then added a topping of lots of different colours and decorative pieces, include precious dichroic glass. The tree base is more very sparkly dichroic glass. Dichroic glass has to be the most perfect glass for a glass addict like myself. What I put into the kiln is never what comes out. I call it Magic. These earrings are designed to be specially eye catching and fun and of course perfect for Christmas. To wear yourself or as lovely unique gifts. They are though not just for the festive season as my glass is not just for Christmas but for all year round. The earrings are hung from silver plated bails and then sterling silver hooks, the bails being securely glued in place to the back of the glass with strongest E6000 glue.. I post these in a luxury white gift box 6 x 8cm as shown in the photos so you can see the approximate size of the earrings which are 4-5cm high. Each tree is differently decorated as almost impossible to make them two exactly alike given the nature of the decorations I use and also it makes them more fun.
