Black and Yellow 15cm Marbled Round Plant Pot - Large Indoor Planter

A handmade 15 cm round plant pot with bold black and yellow marbling, designed for indoor houseplants in a plastic nursery pot. The bright yellow contrasts with the black in sweeping patches around the sides, bringing a splash of colour to a shelf, side table or plant stand. The marbling looks different from every side, with broad areas of colour and finer markings where the black and yellow meet. You can turn the pot to show your favourite part of the pattern. I make each pot from a natural, water-based mineral material with a hard, stone-like finish. I finish the outside by hand and polish it with plant-based wax for a soft satin sheen. The inside is sealed with a water-based varnish, and a large felt pad underneath helps protect your furniture. Small air bubbles, surface texture and slight differences in colour, size and shape are part of the handmade process. This pot has no drainage hole and is intended for indoor use with a plastic nursery pot placed inside. Take the nursery pot out for watering and allow it to drain before putting it back. The wax finish does not provide UV protection, so keep the pot out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve its colour. If you'd like a version for a sunny spot, please get in touch and I can make one with a UV-protected exterior finish. Approximate exterior dimensions: 15 cm wide and 12 cm tall. The plant and other accessories shown in the photographs are not included. Ref: LPP3
