Small Lined Inner Tube Bag - Maroon Zip - Prototype - Super Seconds

This zippered bag is handmade by me from punctured bicycle inner tubes. It's great storing or otherwise keeping track of small items: diy or crafting tools, dice for ttrpg players, makeup, etc. This bag features a secondhand zip with maroon zip tape and silver-coloured teeth. The mixed-fibre lining is pale maroon with white dots. It's being sold at a discount as it's a prototype I made while changing the way I made bags, and the shape of this isn't quite right. I've also stopped using secondhand zips as they look wobbly when reused. The zip may stick when redoing when the bag is empty, but it'll work fine when something's in the bag. Each bag is a one-off as it uses reclaimed materials. Check out the gallery for more images including measurements. Some of the images show the bag with some padding inside to help show it's shape, but it'll be sent flat to save you money on postage. It's a flexible bag that will reflect what's inside and not always have such a full shape. See my shop for more listings. Inner tube is a resilient flexible material and can be scrunched up without damaging it. Each item is unique, featuring different wear and character from its previous life inside a bike tyre. I don't consider these marks, writing, wear, texture, etc faults - they make every piece one of a kind! The tubes are sourced from local bike shops. They'd normally end up in landfill as most people wouldn't pay a mechanic's time to do a puncture repair - instead a new one's fitted and the old one discarded. These have been saved from that fate, helping the bike shops reduce its waste and keeping useful materials out of landfill. It'll be sent with one of my business cards and a slip with information about my business and looking after your bag. I ship everything in plastic-free packaging. While all inner tubes are washed thoroughly before being remade into new products, they may still mark light surfaces.
