A kitten all tucked up cosy in a small hanging pocket, made from a piece of antique Durham quilt, which has been tea stained. The pocket front has two small hand sewn patches. The top of the pocket has been left with a raw edge which has been finished with an overcast stitch. The hanging cord is tea stained. The kitten is made from a woven homespun, check fabric. The face and whiskers are hand stitched. Finished off with a jute string bow, tied around the neck. Please note that the antique quilt used to make this item, may show signs of wear, commensurate of the age of the fabric - this only adds charm to the finished item. Please do not purchase if you prefer your fabrics to be perfect. Pocket measures 10cm x 7.5cm Kitten is approx 12cm long. Price is for one kitten which will be randomly selected from one featured in the main photo. NB - for display only. Not a toy.
