Donkey Abstract No.6 four-colour A2 screen-print

A 2-colour screenprint entitled 'Donkey Abstract No.6' printed in orange, green, blue and black. This is the sixth in a recent series taking the donkey landscapes in an even more strange direction. The print follows on from my Donkey Monolith series, with a donkey exploring a mysterious abstracted edifice. I like to champion donkeys in a lot of my artwork. They are rarely celebrated in art, so I feel like it is maybe my job to do so! I also love abstract expressionist sculptural ideas, and really enjoy exploring these ideas within my compositions. The print is currently on display as part of the NEW EDITIONS contemporary print exhibition at the Millennium Gallery, Sheffield. Orange, green, light blue and black inks on Antique White Seawhite 290gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of 21, signed, titled and numbered. The print image measures H26.5xW42.5cm. The paper measures H42xW59.4cm Printed by myself at Hunk Print in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints. All prints will be posted securely in a card tube and sent by first-class post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
