About this item
Use this little book to keep your needles neat and close at hand. The patchwork is a collection of red, pink and green fabrics cut into 6cm squares and machined together. I backed this fabric with iron-on fleece and then machined along all the seams with antique quilt stitch. I machine embroidered the word "Needles" in pink thread onto a patch of linen and appliquéd this to the front, then added a couple of decorative buttons. The lining is cream and pink floral quilting cotton. Inside has two leaves of white felt to hold needles and the book can be fastened closed with a fabric loop around the 'Handmade with Love' button. Measures approx 9cm x 12cm when closed. This item is ready to ship. I usually send out next day using second class postal service in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so if you would prefer first class, please get in touch. Your item will be wrapped in new tissue paper, whilst the outer packaging might be recycled.
