About this item
A fun hair clip to celebrate Halloween. Ideal for anybodies hair accessory wardrobe or for a surprise gift. Made with two layers of black felt encasing wadding to give the hat some structure. Decorated with a purple felt band and yellow felt buckle. Size is approx 14cm deep x 11cm wide. Quality machine stitched with a 7cm barette clip on the reverse. The barette clip also has a plastic cover to protect your hair. Great present for anyone that enjoys celebrating Halloween.
