This textile landscape art piece is crafted from offcuts of upcycled materials. A small cottage rests in a landscape under an Autumn sun. Using a mix of embroidery stitches, each fabric piece is hand-stitched to a piece of vintage fabric - no machine work involved. All fabrics are reclaimed or left over pieces from projects. This Autumn landscape was inspired by hot Autumn days when the sun is an orange ball in the sky. The last photo shows the fabric pieces before any embroidery has been added. This calming artwork makes a perfect gift for someone who values the environment and aims to keep fabrics out of landfill. It comes in the white mount shown and is laced to the backboard. The mount measures 6 x 8 ins. Aperture of the mount measures 4 x 6 ins.
