Rhino; framed image, mounted and printed on card and photographic paper

One of our 'Curious Creatures of Bracklesham Bay' series of images. The series was inspired by noticing the shapes of the groynes on Bracklesham and Wittering beaches, that had been carved and transformed over many of years by the effect on them of the waves and the tides. Groynes, for those who don't know, are wooden structures installed on a beach to prevent beach erosion caused by waves and tides. It is those same actions which over many years act on the wooden groynes and transform them into smooth and organic-looking shapes. With stones and pebbles becoming lodged into crevices in the wood adding details such as eyes or teeth, we only needed to add our own graphics to create a Curious Creature. The image of the groyne is printed onto photographic paper and applied to the design. The frame size is 230mm x 230mm x 20mm, and can be wall-hung or can stand alone. Choose between a black, white or wood frame. The item will be sent, boxed, via Royal Mail 2-3 day, tracked service. Item code is 36-Rhino/Pr/Ph
