Summer Seconds Feel Peace & Safety Card Set - 252

Sample Slightly Seconds with slight imperfections. Feel Peace & Safety Card Set to help you find peace and feel safety in tough and challenging moments. I used to believe that I could only feel safety or peace when everything and everyone around me was okay but life isn't like that. By learning that you can feel uncertainty, discomfort or out of control but you can still access peace and safety through breathwork, EFT tapping, movement (whatever works for you to calm and soothe your body) has been a revelation to me. The cards also remind us that we don't have to constantly fix other people's problems – our only responsibility is to tend to our own needs for safety and peace and soothe ourselves. I created these cards as a gentle reminder because sometimes in the midst of a challenge, we can't see the wood for the trees. When I read the words on these cards and focus on the seascapes, my body softens and it gives me a way to anchor myself. I hope they do the same for you. Cards are A6 and are presented in a bio cello bag. Each card features a different seascape printed from my original art. A thoughtful gift for the sea & wellbeing lover in your life
