About this item
Rustic looking hand thrown stoneware soap dish. With individually hand carved striped recesses to keep drips away from your chosen soap bar. The inside is glazed with a crawling glaze over a deep blue, giving a multi tonal brown with very dark blue to black recesses (one light blue). The bottom is left smooth but raw (unglazed natural clay) and turned to give a raised foot ring which gives the dish a nice lift and shadow. If it gets too soapy it's fine to go through the dishwasher. Approximately 9.5cm across and 1.5cm high (each dish is individually handmade thrown so sizes vary slightly)

An item made from necessity when we switched from liquid hand and shampoo to more environmentally friendly soap bars. We won't be going back.
