About this item
21cm by 21 cm art work created using watercolours, acrylic paints and coloured pencils. It is sold without frame, without mount. Robins are some of my favourite song birds and, with winter approaching, they are visiting our garden more often. In folklore, robins are associated with new beginnings, with departed loved ones and - together with the wren- with the Winter Solstice. In my art, I associate old books with ancient knowledge and teapots with the old cauldron that hung over the open fires of our ancestors. The air is filled with swirling fog and leaves. The artwork will be shipped in a biodegradable sleeve packed in an A4 Please Do Not Bend envelope stamped with my design. I included some process photos in my listing.
