About this item
Art for your tabletop! Two, rustic style, mosaic coasters in a random chequerboard design with a single, hand cut leaf motif. Created in a brick red palette with black, brown and cream unglazed, Cinca tiles. These coasters are completed in grey grout for a subtle cottage feel. The coasters are 10cm x 10cm x 0.8cm. The mosaic is created on a wooden base and backed with cork. The items are sealed and can be surface cleaned with a soapy cloth - you can even use a bit of diluted bleach for any stubborn tea stains. Due to the wooden base it must not be submerged in water. Contains two coasters, as shown. Each coaster is unique and I can make more on request in the same colour palette.

This is my new Chequerboard collection. It’s my interpretation of a classic mosaic design, with a little twist - a hand cut leaf motif. Simple and elegant for a cottage style interior.
By nature, mosaic is a rough, tactile surface but I have smoothed the coaster edges for comfort. That said, care should be taken when handling the coasters and your table top art should be kept away from small children.
