This hand embroidered brooch is inspired by the Robin who visits my garden…..not only at Christmas….but throughout the year…. A wooden Robin bird is on circles of red and green felt. Hand embroidered Lazy Daisy Stitches in green and blue embroidery threads, silver, green and red bugle and seed beads surround her, edged in Fly Stitches. The brooch has a green felt border, edged in green Blanket Stitches. This Hand Embroidered Christmas Robin Brooch is 2 inches (6 cms) in size….a nice wearable size to wear at Christmas time. A metal brooch pin, with a safety catch for secure wear is sewn on the back. This brooch is gift wrapped in an organza bag, decorated with a red button. Also a protective bag to keep it in when not worn. This Hand Embroidered Christmas Robin Brooch would make an ideal gift for a friend or relative. It’s light to post, so a nice letterbox gift.
