I found a beautiful iridescent crow feather in my garden, and knew I wanted capture it in linoprint... but first, my dog stole the feather out of my hand and made it even more interesting!
Every print is handmade and unique. I sketched my design straight onto traditional linseed-based lino and carved it out using Pfeil tools. The inking is slightly different on each print, using a subtle rainbow from jet black through deep blue, purple and green to invoke the iridescence of a corvid feather.
Each print is hand numbered and signed.
Printed on 190gsm A4 (297 x 210 mm) paper with Caligo Safe Wash Inks, so it's easy to frame and the colours will not fade.
Comes with an unattached mountboard backing and cellophane wrapping for protection.
