About this item
Handmade fused glass 'Twa Sheep' picture. This took me approximately 6 hours to make. The background glass is transparent bullseye sheet. The colouring in the background has been created by reverse painting powdered glass using a sponge. In the foreground I used a combination of: glass frit, glassline, and glass sheet. Once complete it was fired in my kiln at a temperature of 750oC. This takes 14 hours and allows the different glasses to gently melt and merge together. Frame measures: 23cm width x 23cm height x 2cm depth. Glass picture measures: 15cm width x 15cm height x 6mm depth. There is a hook on the reverse for hanging. Picture signed on reverse and front.

Sheep are so much fun and make incredible subjects for a picture. These two just look comical staring out of the picture at us :)
This is not a toy. Glass!
