Mini traditional leaded stained glass window hanging. I've used different tones of green stained glass in this fern inspired design. Made using traditional stained glass techniques, hand painted black glass paint and a sgraffito design featuring stylised unfolding ferns and marble patterns. The paint has been fired into the glass so it is permanent and won’t ever fade. The decoration is edged with lead came and cemented in, so it is very robust. This looks beautiful when hung in a window and is a lovely postable gift idea. Each hanging has been made as a one off design so is totally unique. Size approx: 19cm x 14cm. Comes ready to hang on a gunmetal colour metal chain. Item comes securely packaged and wrapped in my turquoise tissue paper.
