About this item
This is Asa, a tiny brown harvest mouse. He is a hand embroidered mouse with little leather ears and tail. He is dressed in tweedy tawny yarn dyed cotton plus fours with a white linen shirt and Liberty Lawn print cotton waistcoat called Spring Bloom. He is finished with tiny buttons, leather shoes and a leather bag to collect all his finds. His silk cravat is a warm pink coral silk. He is softly stuffed with camomile flowers in his stuffing for a gentle scent and he has a tiny citrine crystal at his heart for clarity. He has a brass ring to his back in case you want to place him on the wall. He stands 7 inches tall He is a folk doll for grown ups and sadly is not suitable for children to play with. I have sourced Japanese yarn dyed fabrics which add a lovely tweedy detail to this little gentleman's outfit. Lovely quality and in gorgeous colourways. The linen shirt compliments the ensemble. Asa is part of a little collection of Spring Bloom mice ready for a walk in the meadow.
