About this item
Sterling silver hallmarked necklace made in a small Sheffield studio. The chicken has been hand pierced from a sheet of silver and soldered onto another piece of silver sheet to give a background. Flattened balls of silver have then been added to give the appearance of feathers. It has then been oxidised to give definition to the image. It has a satinised finish. It is attached to the chain via a small silver tube soldered onto the back of the pendant. It has been hallmarked by deep laser at Sheffield Assay office. The pendant is 2.5cm in diameter and is suspended on an 18 inch (46cm) chain. All my jewellery comes in a craft eco gift box with the Bramble and Bert logo foiled on the lid. UK postage will be free by Royal Mail signed for. 20% of all Bramble and Bert sales will be donated to animals in need.
