About this item
This pretty pink needle case has been created in my Nottingham home studio using re-purposed fabrics and watercolour paints. Fabric fragments left over from other projects are never thrown away, they are kept and re-purposed to create a unique fabric collage. The frayed layers in soft pink hues are hand stitched together to create interest and texture. This new piece of embellished fabric is then hand sewn into a useful needle case which is fully lined, has a soft brown felt insert, and a flap that folds over to the front and secures with a small metal snap fastener. It's just the right size for travelling and keeping your sewing needles safe and secure. Needle case measures approximately 10.5cm x 8.5cm when closed, and 20cm in length when fully open. Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings, but I do try my best to show as true representation as possible of the colours in the images.
