Welcome to my Folksy shop.
My great passion is nature in all her forms . I try through my artwork to give a feeling of the beauty and mystery of landscapes animal and birds .
Using natural products is important , so wool ,wood ,silk ,cotton and linen are my main supplies .
I live in York , so am surrounded by the beautiful landscape and coastline of the Yorkshire Dales and Moors .
I have pieces at sale price , these are items from older collections , but still beautiful!

A forest over looking Coniston Water in Cumbria .
This wool felted picture is taken from a photograph I took in The Lake District a few years ago.
The light through the clearing illuminates the tree trunks and the moss on the forest floor.
Beautiful greens and browns, with a bit of sparkle in the sky give the atmosphere of the place.
In the foreground a tree stands in 3 D . Formed by covering a pipe cleaner with felted wool .
In a 10.5 inch white box frame with mount.
