About this item
This unique pendant was made by arranging 1mm strings of coloured glass onto a 3mm clear base and fusing them into one patterned sheet of glass at 800 degrees Celsius. The patterned sheet was then cut into strips and the strips cut into individual rectangle pieces. The individual pieces were then fired again to 735 degrees Celsius to allow the sharp edges to soften whilst still keeping their shape. A silver plated jewellery bail was glued on to allow it to be hung as a pendant on an 18 inch silver plated snake chain. It measures approximately 12mm wide and 29mm long. There is the option of a gift box and all postage within the UK is included.
