About this item
An A6 journal notebook covered with a beautiful, sustainable grass paper depicting wildflowers and filled with blank ivory paper. It can be used as a journal, sketchbook, notebook or as a blank planner or diary. It has 50 pages (100 sides) of sustainably sourced 120gsm paper, suitable for any writing or drawing medium. The pages are folded into 5 signatures (folios) which are then stitched together to create a beautiful exposed spine binding. This binding allows the book to lay completely flat when open. Coptic stitch binding is one of the most ancient forms of exposed binding - striking to look at and deceptively strong. The book is cut, folded, glued and stitched by me, entirely by hand. Dimensions: A5 (21 x 15cm approximately) Pattern placement may vary. The photographs represent the colours as closely as possible, but please be aware that monitors, screens and devices vary. The boards are exactly as shown, so attractive with a delicate, wild flower pattern. The stitching is perfect and the linings extremely neat and pristine. It is a perfectly formed work of art. I am sure it took hours to make and was incredible value for money. It is worth more I think. Thank you so much. Posted as promised and arrived on time.
