About this item
This is a fun, fresh stripe in a puffball shirt dress shape. She is elasticated at the waist with an embroidered tie belt to pull her in, and functional buttons to the waist. The buttons on the skirt are not functional, but give the illusion that it buttons all the way through. She has an embroidered front and back panel (a yoke), angel sleeves and front bodice. She is ideal for a daytime occasion, and is fully lined. And as always has a matching scrunchie and free organza bag. The length is 56cm and you can find all other measurements on the chart in photo's. The fabric is second-hand and repurposed. I'd love to make you something similar if this isn't quite right, so please get in touch.

I've always liked puffball dresses and skirts. The idea of them is a little odd I must admit, but I think they look so much fun on a person. I have one and I love wearing it. And striped fabric is great to play around with, working out what the arrangement is going to be, and will I have enough fabric! This dress was a real pleasure to put together, and really wasn't too sure what the end result was going to be until I got there.
