Natural Citrine is usually a pale lemon colour - deeper yellow and orange-yellow stones are generally produced by heat-treating Amethyst. These un-treated nuggets have a pale, delicate, lemon colour with excellent, almost luminous clarity. The Agate beads are semi-translucent, and range from light brown to pale grey, with some darker patches. Ambronite is the jewellery term for yellow Calcite, sometimes called lemon, honey, or amber Calcite depending on the hue. These Ambronite beads are semi-opaque and a soft pale lemon colour.
