This delightful trio set is also a lovely candle, as the candle burns watch the light flicker through the fine bone china, I currently have 2 trio sets in this design. I have poured tea and shortbread scented soy wax in one and will be shortly pouring the second.

The trio itself appears to be a combination of both stencilling and handpainting. Date wise it's very difficult to pinpoint because the backstamp simply says 'Guaranteed English Bone China':- Basically the use of the words 'Bone China', 'English Bone China', etc., denotes a 20th-century date in all the dating books and no more is said, that's what we have to go on.

I'm confident it's pre 1960's, that' very conservative maybe quite a bit earlier than that (Late 30's) but I'm afraid I'm unable to accurately date it.

It has a real vintage feel about it.
