A slim-width, hand-woven,lightweight, shorter length scarf ideal for knotting under the chin, if that's how you like your scarves! Inspired by the huge range of colours in the sea, from greys to blues and greens, using a mix of soft acrylic yarns, but also contains a small amount of mohair to add to the overall drape. Length: 108cm without tassles (that's 42.5 inches); width av. 19cm (7.5 inches). Wash carefully by hand at low temperature and lie flat to dry.

I've always loved the sea and the coast. The sheer variety of shades and colours in both sea and sky and the way the change constantly with the light are an unending source of fascination. I don't get to the seaside much but I carry in my memory the sights and sounds of the sea (though thankfully not some of the more fishy scents!). Watching waves around the British coast is the inspiration behind creating this scarf.
