This ruby red baby hat is hand knitted by me for newborns and babies aged approximately 0-3 months. A bright, practical little beanie for everyday wear, or a thoughtful addition to a new baby gift. I have knitted it in classic stocking stitch with a stretchy ribbed edge. There are no pompoms, buttons or other decorations, so it has a simple, fuss-free finish. The rich red is a cheerful alternative to traditional pastel baby colours. Size and measurements Suitable for approximately 0-3 months. Circumference: approximately 14 inches (35 cm) Width laid flat: 6 inches (15.25 cm) Crown to bottom: 6 inches (15.25 cm) Please check the measurements before buying, as babies vary in size. Materials and care Knitted in 100% acrylic yarn. Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Cool tumble dry. Keep away from fire.
