About this item
I often see barn owls here at dusk hunting along the ditch sides for mice and voles. Owls are some of my favourite birds. This barn owl has been burned onto beech wood using the technique of pyrography. It's 3.5cm x 6cm in size. It's sealed with artists varnish. I try to minimise packaging so it's presented on a card cut and stamped by myself. This is a handmade item on natural wood so there will be imperfections in the grain. Colours appear differently on different monitors and devices.

I do not think anything I could write would do justice to beautiful the item bought from the seller. I have been utterly thrilled with it and it has been placed it in a shadowbox and it is in pride of place on the wall. The attention to detail and the ease of dealing with the seller were amazing, I hope to buy more from this seller in the future. Truly beautiful.
