A mug rug is a slightly larger coaster, it is designed for a drink and a biscuit, this one features two small panels, one saying "Santa Mail" and other shows a compass for Santa to find his way. The mug rug is made from cotton fabric, with a layer of cotton wadding inside, a toning holly print on the reverse and a floral binding.. It can also be used as a table centre. It measures 9 x 5.5 inches (23x14 cm).
The mug rug is washable, and although it will absorb a certain amount of heat, care should be taken on polished surfaces.
