This unusual 1950's style dress bookmark would make a lovely gift for a female friend or relative.
It has the look of a dress that could have been worn in an old classic movie, with it's pretty beaded neckline, ribbon belt with buckle and soft ruffle petticoat peeking out from the bottom edge, and would look very sophisticated hanging from a book.
It would be ideal as an end of term teachers gift.
The dress is hand cut from black and pink felt and lightly padded with hollow fibre filling. It is embellished with black and white ribbon and small beads. The dress is attached to a long piece of pink felt covered with think black cotton lace and small pink seed beads to place between your pages and is all carefully hand stitched together.
The bookmark will be sent to you signed for delivery within a large envelope to ensure its safe arrival.
