Handwoven pure wool blanket. The blanket is light and incredibly warm. The warp (vertical) threads are mostly Jacob's fleece aran wool. The weft (horizontal) threads are the delicate but beautiful fibres of Icelandic Plutlopi in ivory, light grey, golden, dark amber and dusky pink. The blanket measures 150 x 76 cm excluding the fringe. I will be posting twice a week due to the current Covid Restrictions. I will send the package Royal Mail 48 hours tracked plus signature. This is made in a smoke free home. I am afraid that I am currently not shipping to Europe, the USA or the Rest of the World. Thank you for your interest in my shop!

I have been weaving a series of blankets, using Icelandic wool and and Jacob's wool. The colours for this blanket are inspired by nature and blend together harmoniously.
