One of the best things about working with glass is its amazing range of colours and the way these are shades are transmitted as light shines through them. I think most glass fusers must be magpies in that respect!
The inspiration for the colour combinations of the Tide coasters comes from a holiday in Cornwall and the sea at Porthcurno Beach.

Full description
This pair of Tide coasters comes in beautiful shades of blue glass, graduating from dark to pale and finally the whispy white of seafoam. They make a stylish addition to your coffee table and an instant pop of colour to a room.
These colourful coasters measure 9 square cm and despite their smooth finish, come with little silicon pads to stop any scratching on your furniture. They are easily wiped over with warm soapy water should they need a spring clean. Your coasters will be securely packaged in as much recyclable material as possible to ensure they arrive safely.
Part of my Coastal range, they could be combined with other items such as the Seaside dish or Seashore dish which are in coordinating colours. They could also be teamed up with the By-the-Sea coasters if you wanted a set of four.
These coasters will be an attractive addition to your home but would also make an ideal gift for lovers of the sea or just anyone who adores the colour blue.
