We ship orders with a priced packing slip. If your order is a gift and is being shipped directly to the recipient, please let me know and I'll send you the packing slip by email.
A Heart, a Message, a Keepsake, all in one package.
Our hearts are made with care and love from hand-cut glass in our home studio in Shropshire.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Want a unique way of sending a message to a friend or loved one? Try one of our lovely Fused Glass Hearts on a card. This one is multicoloured on a white base.
The heart is approximately 4.3 cm wide and can easily be detached from the card to use as a decoration and keepsake.
Your card is 5 x 7 inches in size, comes with a white envelope, and will be shipped in a protective cellophane cover to keep everything clean during postage.
There are 4 card designs to choose from. Use the Choose Options button to select the card you want. Choose from Happy Father’s Day, Just Missing You, Happy Birthday, Get Well Soon.
The final picture shows the cards available, each with a sample heart.
We can post your card directly to its recipient – just use the message box at checkout to give us the address and a short message for inside the card and we’ll see to everything for you.
