My embroidery designs all start life as hand drawn original illustrations. I find inspiration from my collection of vintage embroidery linens and also the flowers that grow in my garden. My illustrations are then scanned, so I can tweak the design, this also allows me to make the designs fit different sized hoops perfectly.
I hope that my embroidery patterns and kits inspire others to pick up a needle and thread and enjoy this therapeutic craft.

This beginner's floral posy embroidery kits is perfect if you're new to embroidery or if you're searching for a gift for a crafty loved one. The kit includes everything you require to get you started learning your new skill. All you will need is a pair of scissors. This design has been created with the beginner in mind and you will learn how to stitch eight modern hand embroidery stitches.
My embroidery fabric patterns are like colouring in sheets but instead of pen and ink you can use a needle and a thread. It comes with the design pre-printed with my small posy design with a yellow background that fits a 4" hoop perfectly and there’s no need for you to transfer the design. The embroidery fabric is digitally printed in the U.K on a 100% cotton sateen.
Your kit includes:
- A pre-printed fabric embroidery pattern.
- Perle Cotton threads.
- One 4 inch wooden hoop.
- A pack of embroidery needles size 1-5.
- Liberty fabric magnetic minder keeper (fabric may vary from photograph)
- Stitch Guide with suggestions of what stitches to use for stitching the design.
- Full colour close up photo of stitched pattern
- A beginners guide that includes how to get started and helpful hints & tips
- Descriptions and diagrams of stitch.
If you already have lots of supplies then a pattern of this design is also available.
