Dragon Trivet designed and handmade by me from Sapele (dark coloured hardwood of the Mahogany family), Jute Cord and Flax Twine. To use your Trivet: For one dish, keep your Trivet closed then place the hot dish onto the Trivet: For more than one dish spread the Trivet segments out along the Jute Cord, however you like, then place the hot dishes on the extended Trivet. When extended the Trivet is the perfect length for a standard dining table. When not it looks great standing up or laid down on any surface. Dimensions when closed: 382 x 242 x 23mm Please note that the images are representative because each piece is hand made and no two pieces of timber are the same!
