I AM IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING ITEMS FROM THIS SHOP TO MY OTHER FOLKSY SHOP 'Lynwoodcrafts' where they will be waiting for you to view them! All my items now feature upcycled, recycled, repurposed or gifted materials and there is no longer any distinction between the two shops!
I have a large collection of vintage linen and lace and I must share some of the possibilities with other makers before I am tempted to collect more!

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Eight floral themed patchwork squares cut from vintage, embroidered linens.
The vintage linens used have been carefully chosen, laundered, pressed and cut with a rotary cutter to offer you a pleasing selection ready for you to create an item of your choice. The squares are 5 inches x 5 inches - a standard size for commercial charm packs. Care has been taken to try to ensure that the sqaures are cut in the direction of the grain of the fabric, to minimise any distortion when stitching.
Many of the patches will have been cut from embroidered linen or cotton, some of them may have been cut from embroidered rayon or rayon mix fabric.
Purchase more than one pack, combine them with a charm pack from printed fabrics, listed separately, or combine them with patches cut from your own fabric, to create a cushion cover, tote bag, the beginnings of a quilt ........... 16 patches will enable you to stitch a front for a cushioncover to fit a 40 cm square cushion pad. Image 4 shows the effect of combining this embroidered charm pack with a shirting charm pack (listed separately). Image 5 shows a possible layout of the combined charm packs - this will make a 40 cm cuchion cover front (or could be used for the front of a roomy shopping bag, or a square to be combined with others in a quilt top).
