I am forever fiddling and playing with my jewellery, so what better ring for us fiddlers than this ring designed especially for us. Apparently this style of ring can calm anxiety and has it's roots in ancient tibetan meditation techniques.

Full description
This tactile rings are called spinner rings, fidget rings, meditation rings and worry rings. They are believed to have their roots in ancient tibetan meditation techniques, and are perfect for people like me who like to fiddle with their jewellery.
These rings are handmade to your required size. The band is 8mm wide and is hammered to achieve that lovely texture.
Will be sent to you in a little gift box with my logo - ready for gift giving but perfect for keeping. Free UK p&p.
