Full description
I've handmade this notebook cover using a lovely natural cotton/linen mix fabric. On the front of the cover I've hand embroidered a floral design inspired by cherry blossom (one of my favourite flowers). The word 'MUSINGS' has been hand stamped onto another piece of linen and then appliqued to the cover front. The inside of the cover has been lined with a very pretty printed cotton in pale green and white.
The embroidery is unique to this cover. As the hand stitching takes hours to complete I tend not to repeat my designs exactly and so my embroidered items really are 'one of a kind'.
The cover has been made to fit an A5 size notebook (which has been included) measuring 21 cm by 15 cm and 1.5 cm deep. However, you could use the cover on a book of your own choosing.
A lovely way to keep your own 'musings' - it would also make a lovely gift.
