Full description

Such elegant earrings!!

Describing the focal beads of these earrings in words I would say silvery turquoise-purple-green, depending on the angle & the light! I think they are stunning & I can promise they will catch the light - & probably attention - as you move.

The rest is easier; faceted black glass beads, blue seed beads, silver plated headpins & sterling silver hooks. The drop from the top of the hook to the tip is almost 5cms.

The focal beads are handmade lampwork in the shape of a rough cylinder that is formed by wrapping the torched glass around a central core. Sourced from a very talented UK glass artist they are original art & are unique.

Presented in a gift box for safe keeping

Dichroic glass is known for its vivid colours and those same lovely colours are often difficult to truly represent in photographs. These earrings are really pretty but have been hard to capture on camera. The blue is less vivid than shown, softer & more silvery. Fortunately, whatever the picture – the real thing very seldom disappoints!
