I wanted to make a larger than average box for storing a range of items. This allowed me to use a wide range of different woods for the top to show off their unique grain and beauty.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This large box is ideal for storing keepsakes or treasured items.
I have made this box from high quality recycled mahogany using strong mitre joints and solid brass hinges and clasps.
The top is decorated in a range of contrasting marquetry veneers to striking effect. (cherry, oak, walnut, zebrano, maple etc to name a few!)
The inside base is lined with soft red baize and felt tabs underneath protect the surface it is stood on.
I have used hard wearing polyurethane varnish and wax polish for the finish producing a silky smooth matt surface.
If required I can make a partitioned tray for the box at extra cost. Please contact me with your requirements.
