Fused Glass Goldfish

Gorgeous irridescent goldfish decoration for your home or garden. Created from layered amber yellow, orange, black, and clear Bullseye sheet and ground glass in my Whitstable workshop. The body, eye and fins are all hand cut and fused separately before being joined in another firing with the hanging wire secured in place. Final adjustments are made to the shape and then the whole piece is fired again. This design has many layers of differently graded ground glass to achieve real depth of pattern with iridescence and gold flecks which capture light beautifully. The yellow tail has a delicate ribbed effect. A pale yellow satin ribbon is attached to complete the design. Dimensions: Nose to Tail 15cm, Fin width 7cm, approx 6mm thick, Weight 90g Carefully packaged in tissue paper, bubble wrap and sturdy corrugated card packet and delivered via Royal Mail First Class post.
